Our fitness instructors use a wide variety of techniques and equipment to help strengthen the body. Initial classes focus on developing good form and proper technique.Using this foundation, you will push your upper limits to create a fit, strong and capable body. Each class is tailored for all fitness levels, whether you work out daily or haven't worked out since high school. All activities and exercises are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.
Intro classes will emphasize on gymnastic type movements. This will entail basic body weight movements such as situps, pushups, squats, lunges, etc.
